LED High Bay Lights

We are experienced LED company providing the LED high bay lights. It can be applied to indoor large areas having very high floor. For example, warehouse is a very good place to install the LED high bay light fixtures, it is because it has high ceiling and spacious storage room. Having the proper arrangement, power selection & beam angle design, the LED luminaries can unleash their potential of providing bright and uniform illumination inside warehouse.

Since the height can be as high as 30 to 50 meters, we need the high power lighting fixtures for high bay. The general lighting requirement for indoor large area is 250 lux. If you have own a 100 meter square field, you will need 250 * 100 = 25,000 lumen. Since the LED high bay lights can generate 140 lumen per watt, so the power required is 25000 / 140 = 180W. Therefore, you can select the 200, or 250 watt LED high bay lights. If you prefer metal halide, you will need to install 500 watt to achieve the same brightness.

And then, how to select the beam angle for the LED high bay lighting? The beam angle indicates how spread the flood light would be. Smaller angle for narrower beam. Sometimes we need the combination of 25°, 40°, 60°and 90°in one single LED high bay lighting design project. Our professional engineers will make the find adjustment on each parameter to achieve the best results.

During long term operation on the high bay LED lights, heat may accumulate inside the optics chips. If the lights do not have appropriate heat dissipation system, the high temperature environment will speed up the deterioration of the lights. To deal with this issue, we install the passive heat sink, which means we do not need a fan or water cooling system, instead, we have the dense and long aluminum extension fins to give huge surface area.
