1.Service life

In tradition, the lamp life is only 800 ~ 3000 hours and then the equipment need to change lamp or repair. However, the lifeof our UV LED curing system can be20000~30000 hours.

 It can be controlled irradiating only when needed, and the time is very accurate and short.

When the operating time equals to the 1/5 preparing time, the service life of UV LED curing system will be30-40 times the service life of lamp equipment.

2.Environment-friendly and pollution-free

The traditional equipments use high pressure mercury lamp to irradiate.

There is a large number of mercury in the light bulbs, and it is very troublesome to handle them.

3.Ultra high illumination
