3. Solid-state LED Design

The solid-state illumination mechanism used in the class 1 div 1 LED lights is built to generate very less heat as compared to normal LED lights and thus it is ideal to be used in locations such as industries and manufacturing facilities where there is a warm environment. The control circuitry of these lights is built by the explosion proof light fixtures manufacturers in such a way that heat is dissipated automatically. Some lights make use of double folded aluminum fins and copper free housings to improve the explosion proof characteristics of them.

4. Dust-proof Lighting for Hazardous Location
