High efficiency strip lights are available in a variety of colors with several different type of extensions, resulting in a coverage of different applications and setups to give you the type of decoration you require. Tailor-made LED stage lighting are designed with 3 or 4 circuits to ensure independent lighting of blocks within a strip. All the lights in a circuit are equidistantly arranged in a continuous strip to give a great and symmetrical lighting strip structure. Low powered LED strip lights not only save the electricity costs but also give you the required illumination. LED stage lights are divided into several banks with the help of different circuits. This enables the user to independently control each bank of colored light with the help of respective dimmers on the lighting board.
Multi-colored LED stage lights are also used to create wall wash effect. These lights comprise of three colors of LEDs, red, green and blue. The combination of these three lights is controlled in such a way that millions of different colors can be developed by adjusting the hue levels of these individual colors. Apart from the specialized LED stage lights the systems installed to control these lights are also of great importance. DMX (or Digital Multiplex) is a standard for digital communication. DMX is commonly used in decorative stage lighting, billboard lighting, Christmas lighting and so on. This standard defines a protocol of communication, comprising of different addressing and data encoding techniques along with timing of digital signaling. It also covers different types of connectors, devices and multiplexers, splitter, buffers, etc. Together, an efficient lighting control is developed to give the audience the deserved outputs.
The DMX system is used to connect different equipment, such as, lights, dimmers, special effect devices, intelligent lights, fog machines, etc together, in a digital communication network to provide a better control over the whole system. For creative lighting design for stage, DALI (or Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) is another standard which governs lighting systems in buildings, malls, cinemas and other places. This interface was developed by a group of lighting equipment manufacturer in order to ensure that, their equipment and lights are interoperable. The International Electrotechnical Commission also acknowledges the DALI system against IEC 62386 and IEC 60929. With strong standards, DALI systems are used for larger or bigger areas, such as Airports, Buildings, Parking Areas, Hotels, Malls, etc. This system enables the user to control different blocks separately, time them to switch on or off or control them holistically.
